Returns
All items purchased from the website can be returned within 7 days of receipt (US customers) or within 14 days of receipt (UK customers) for an exchange only. There are no refunds. When returning orders please allow sufficient time for postage back to us to fit in with these times. All returns must be made within these time frames and garments should be in their original condition with original tags attached, unworn and unwashed. Any returns received outside of these time scales or without original tags will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Please take care when trying on garments; do not wear perfumes, deodorants, body lotions or makeup. Items that are damaged, altered, worn or cleaned will also not be accepted and returned to the customer.
Please note that Shopnitas does not cover the cost of return shipping which should be arranged by the customer. A return form will be provided inside the original package to fill in details of the return. If any further assistance is required, please email support@shopnitas All returns/exchanges must be packed securely and posted via an insured and traceable method in order to ensure safe delivery. We strongly recommend sending all returning items via recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of any parcels on their way to us. We will process your request for an exchange as quickly as possible but please allow up to 14 working days from the receipt of your return for this to be fully processed.
